# 都市計畫分區證明申請管理系統

#### 使用花蓮縣都市計畫應用管理平台進入「分區證明申請」 ( 登入後才可使用喔！)

### 1.分區證明申請

**適用對象：申請者**

進入分區證明申請管理系統後點選「分區證明申請」&#x20;

線上申請須知，請務必逐一檢視後再按「同意」&#x20;

申請分區證明請填入基本資料，詳細基本資料如下：

* 地段
* 地號
* 申請人姓名
* 連絡電話
* 電子信箱
* 申請份數

填入地段地號後並按下「搜尋」將會定位該地籍之空間位置並加入申請

所有資料填妥後請詳閱注意事項及個人資料蒐集升名，並拉至最下方按「送出申請」

申請成功後，將取得一組申請編號，也將同步寄出郵件至所填寫之電子信箱

### 2.分區證明進度查詢

進入分區證明申請管理系統後點選「分區證明進度查詢」

輸入申請人姓名及申請編號即可查詢案件進度
